教育经历

2016年6月在华南理工大学获得博士学位后,随即前往新加坡南洋理工大学(Research Fellow),于2020年7月起,在赌博软件-在线赌博app 任副教授

授课课程

本科课程:《电路理论基础》、《电路理论基础实验》

研究生课程:《柔性与印刷显示原理与技术 》、《高级半导体物理》

研究方向

研究方向主要涉及半导体器件及集成、半导体器件物理领域,包括薄膜器件、光电材料与器件、发光与显示器件、微纳结构电子光子与器件、纳米光子学、材料物理与器件物理、半导体材料与器件、可穿戴设备柔性电子、微纳材料与器件、显示科学与技术(柔性电子与显示)、二维材料与光电器件、以及相关集成等方向。几个代表方向如下:

1) 信息显示技术、半导体照明: 有机电致发光二极管(OLED)
OLED器件的电学与光学特性 (如:发光机理、电荷传输、激子动力学等物理与化学性质对效率、功耗、稳定性、亮度、寿命等的影响);以及OLED在信息显示技术中的产品应用开发[如:主动矩阵OLED (AMOLED)和被动矩阵OLED (PMOLED)];同时探索相关新型信息显示技术。白光OLED不仅可以用于显示,也可以用于照明领域;对不同类型半导体照明技术的研发(包括延迟荧光、全磷光、全荧光、杂化白光OLED等),以及小尺寸和大面积照明技术面板的研发

2) 纳米光电技术:胶体量子阱发光二极管 (colloidal quantum well LED, CQW-LED)
还包括对钙钛矿发光二极管 (PeLED)、量子点发光二极管(QD-LED)、聚合物发光二极管(PLED)等技术研究

3) 柔性电子 
信息显示以及半导体照明技术等领域应用所需的柔性器件、柔性基板、柔性封装、可穿戴设备的研发。通过结合光耦合取出技术(如喷砂技术、微透镜阵列技术、胶状固化高折射率微球技术、高折射率基板技术等)进一步提高柔性器件的性能

4) 新型微电子与光电子技术的探索 
探测器、太阳能、薄膜晶体管、传感器、忆阻器等,以及涉及机器学习、Sivalco、Comsol、Matlab等仿真
