主要致力于高速光通信系统方面的研究。在光通信领域国际期刊上以第一作者或通信作者发表论文20篇,其中一篇被国际光学学会选为Spotlight on Optics;在光通信领域国际会议上以第一作者或通信作者发表论文13篇;受邀担任光通信领域期刊Photonics Research、Journal of Lightwave Technology、Optics Express、Optics Letters等文章的评审工作。
